Thank you for shopping at NOVUS Wipers. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably.

1. Processing and Dispatch Times
  • Order Fulfillment: We process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST ship the same business day.
  • Weekend Policy: We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping & Rates
  • Free Delivery: We offer FREE standard shipping across New Zealand on all wiper kits.
  • Island Exclusions: Free shipping offer excludes Waiheke Island, Chatham Island, and Stewart Island.
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted local couriers, including NZ Post and CourierPost.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for rural addresses.
  • Authority to Leave: Parcels are left safely without a signature unless you request otherwise.

3. Tracking Your Order
  • Email Confirmation: We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Activation Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • Our Responsibility: Under New Zealand law, we are responsible for your items until they arrive.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately. Email wipers@novus.co.nz
  • Missing Parcels: If your package is delayed or lost, we will manage the courier claim.
  • Reporting Window: Please report any shipping issues within 7 days of the expected delivery.
