Kit Fit Guarantee
If the fit isn't perfect for any reason, get in touch within 30 days with your order details to wipers@novus.co.nz
Our fitment experts will query against our database and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will let you know when your replacement(s) have been dispatched.
Warranty
1-year manufacturing defect warranty.
Please email photographs and order details to wipers@novus.co.nz
We will confirm if you need to return the product by tracked courier to NOVUS Wipers, 69 Hayton Road, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042. Please include your order number noted within the package, so we can forward it to our quality controller.
If approved, you may choose to receive a replacement or to be refunded on your original payment method (approx. 10 business days). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please email us wipers@novus.co.nz
